Please note that all orders are handmade to your specifications after the order is placed. Allow 1 business week for processing your order and 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Orders will be shipped either by USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail depending on how soon you need your items. Please note that there is an additional charge for Express Mail. For rush orders (orders that need to be processed in less than 1 business week) please contact us and note that there will be an additional rush processing fee based on the quantity of bows.
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order. Orders under 10 bows ship for $5.35, and orders 10 bows or more ship for $11.35. These are for priority mail.

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase for a prompt refund or exchange.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
